Our website was purpose-built to help you on your real estate journey. There are a few ways to become more familiar with what we offer to help you navigate the website.

  1. Attend our weekly orientation calls that provide a detailed website walkthrough with one of our Community Experience Specialists.
  2. We also offer a course to introduce you to all of our features, with helpful tips and tricks to make your experience even better.
  3. Dive in and explore. Some members love to play around and get more comfortable on their own, which is totally cool.

CashFlow Tribe offers customer support over chat and email. If you are looking for help with finding resources on the site or need assistance with a request, we’re here to help.


Chat remains the quickest and best option to speak with a Community Experience Specialist. On chat, we’re available from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday.


When it comes to email, we aim to acknowledge and respond to all requests within 1 business day. You can connect with us via [email protected]

When attempting to login into your CashFlow Tribe account, select Forgot Password to be prompted for a password reset.

If you have already logged into your account, proceed to the dropdown menu next to your profile photo. Select Login Information found under Account. You will be prompted to add your new password.

There are two CashFlow Tribe Premium membership plans available.

Billing & Account

Need help with updating your account, renewals, payment information, and more – we’ve got it all.

Updating your billing information is easy and can be completed through your Profile on This helps keep your information protected and secure. Click here to watch a tutorial video explaining how to update your billing information.

If you need further assistance, please connect with us over chat, and we would be happy to assist. We’re available over chat Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

To update your billing information, start with the drop-down menu, which can be found next to your account’s profile photo. Select Subscriptions, which can be found under Membership. To the right of your subscription, select the option to Update to change your credit card information.

Upgrade your account by navigating to Upgrade Membership near the bottom of the service menu on the left side of the screen. You will then be prompted to upgrade your account.

We also have the option to Pause your account too, as another option. We are sorry to see you go as a Premium member, but hopefully, you will continue to engage with the CashFlow Tribe as a Basic member.

Canceling Your Premium Membership

When viewing your profile, select Membership, and the Subscriptions to review the details of your subscription. Along with the details of your subscription on the right, select the option to Cancel. You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation request.

In the event a refund has been requested, once processed, you should the transaction reflected within your account with 1-3 business days. Depending on your form of payment, the length of time that your transaction details show up in your account may vary.

CashFlow Tribe offers an extensive course library that can be found by selecting Courses in the service menu on the website’s left side. To get started with our courses, check out this video for more.

Weekly training classes are offered, covering Q&As, Real Estate Training, and Personal Development. These classes can be found by selecting Events in the service menu on the website’s left side. We would love to see you on our next Zoom calls and gain more insight into what it takes to succeed in real estate investing.

Select your profile photo in the top right corner. A drop-down menu will appear, providing the option to navigate to Messages. You can either review messages that have already been sent or draft a new message from there.

You can find information on all of our upcoming events by selecting Special Events located in the service menu on the website’s left side.

To start we suggest taking our courses on Joint Venture Agreement Basics and Private Deals and Financing.

Join our weekly training calls found under Events on the service menu on the left side of the website to network with CFT members. For further information watch this video on how to access our live events.

Our Off-Market Deals Portal allows you to view posted deals. Members also have the ability to add their own listing by selecting Add Listing from the Deals dropdown menu found in the service menu on the left side of the website. For further information, watch this video on how to add a listing to the deals portal. Premium members can also edit a posted listing by selecting My Listings located in the same dropdown menu.

CashFlow Tribe provides our Premium members with access to an extensive Vendor Directory found in the service menu on the website’s left side. This will provide members with access to vendors and the ability to contact, comment, and rate them.

If you are a Premium member and are interested in signing up as a vendor, select Add Vendor from the dropdown menu found when you select Vendor Directory. To learn more about this feature, check out this video to add a vendor to the directory.

To upload a video to CashFlow Tribe, you first have to upload the video to YouTube. From there, you have access to a shareable link that you can post and share on the CashFlow Tribe Newsfeed. Check out this video for more detailed instructions on how to upload video content to CashFlow Tribe.
